snapshot of me
HI! I’m Miranda :-)
I found a love for photography at a very early age, as my mother was also a photographer. Some of my most treasured childhood memories involve being in her studio. At ten years old, I begged her coworkers for a camera, and at sixteen I even chose a camera over a car for my birthday. I also grew up being passionate about storytelling & went on to get my Bachelor’s degree in English from James Madison University. After exploring what exactly I wanted to do with my degree, I finally discovered that photography allowed me to be my most authentic self; I adore connecting with humans, telling their stories, and capturing them in ways they never even imagined possible.
I’m now living in the Shenandoah Valley with my husband, my three cats, and my bearded dragon. In my free time, I’m either engulfed in faerie stories on my kindle, being swallowed by my couch binging Love Island, or part-time bartending at a brewery.
I am so thankful for my little life, but genuinely my favorite part is showing you how thankful I am to also be a part of yours.
